Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by tulinexira.ink ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
tulinexira.ink provides underwater drone inspection, maintenance, survey, and sonar mapping services ("Services"). All Services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. Service Agreements
Each project engagement will be governed by a separate Service Agreement that specifies the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and payment terms. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any individual Service Agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the inspection site, including but not limited to: site access permissions, environmental conditions, depth specifications, known hazards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
5. Safety and Compliance
All operations are conducted in accordance with applicable maritime safety regulations, IMCA guidelines, and classification society requirements. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel operations if conditions pose unacceptable safety risks.
6. Intellectual Property
All inspection data, reports, sonar maps, and other deliverables produced during the course of a project remain the property of tulinexira.ink until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, a license to use deliverables for the stated purpose is granted to the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
tulinexira.ink's total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of a project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any Service Agreement.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled deployment date. Cancellations made within 14 days may be subject to mobilization fees as outlined in the Service Agreement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Southampton, United Kingdom.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
